Ingredients

▢ 12 ounces white chocolate - melted
▢ ⅔ cups creamy peanut butter
▢ 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
▢ 3 cups Rice Krispies
▢ ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

Combine the Rice Krispies cereal and marshmallows in a large bowl and set it aside.
Mix peanut butter with melted white chocolate until smooth; then pour over the cereal and mix until everything is well coated.
Before the peanut butter mixture can cool, use a cookie scoop to cookie mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Top each cookie with miniature chocolate chips.
Place cookies onto parchment paper and allow the no-bake cookies to sit for at least 2 hours to allow the chocolate to firm up.
Store in an airtight container.

Notes

To add some color to these cookies rainbow marshmallows and to add texture use chunky peanut butter.
