- all-purpose flour
- cocoa powder
- baking soda
- salt
- unsalted butter, softened
- white sugar
- brown sugar, packed
- eggs
- vanilla extract
- white chocolate chips
- mint chocolate chips

How to Make Mint Chocolate Cookies
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add in the vanilla extract and beat in 1 egg at a time.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Slowly beat the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Stir in the white chocolate chips and the mint chocolate chips.
- Roll into 1 ½ - 2-inch cookie dough balls (or use a #30 cookie scoop) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
